Madelon Evers, PhD, ICF

With 30 years of innovation and management experience in international business, I've enjoyed a long career leading multicultural, interdisciplinary teams on breakthrough projects. Based in Switzerland, I coach online, on location or at an off-site space near you.

My style is open, positive and action-oriented. We assess your current leadership capacity and create a clear roadmap to develop skills in the way that suits you best. We reflect on action, track impact with feedback, review results and adjust development plans after each session.

After 15+ years supporting leaders as a professional coach, executives call me a trusted sparring partner who knows the ins & outs of senior leadership, group dynamics and complex changes in global business.

Fluent English, Dutch, French and German, and at ease in Italian and Spanish, I seek to support people to express themselves in their own language as we work together. For details on credentials, see below.

I design and deliver executive & team coaching programs for multinationals, SMEs, foundations and social enterprise. I have enjoyed advanced training in Organisational Psychology & Group Dynamics with University of San Diego USA, Il Nodo Group Italy, Tavistock & Grubb institute UK and use it to support leaders to examine individual, team and organisational patterns of behaviour in our team coaching sessions.
